Plasma Cutting Machine

The plasma cutter cuts oddly shaped tubes and wind duct accessories such as elbow tubes. Plasma Cutters are also able to cut at an accelerated pace to ensure a smoother edge and save material. The cutter is computer programmed to cut precisely in any pattern.

• X, Y axis rack and pinion drive: The X and Y axis running rails are all made of precision linear compasses, which effectively guarantees the mechanical running accuracy and greatly improves the cutting speed.
• Double servo drive: the double servo drive is equipped with a high-power motor and a fine sub-servo and is further equipped with a precise mechanical transmission system. This ensures the running speed is faster, more stable, and allows for a higher cutting efficiency.
• CAD software allows for easily modified dimensions and an automatic nesting system for generating client cutting layouts.
